Begin with the end in mind. I’ve discussed before that to achieve a goal, it is important to define clearly what that purpose, what to pursue. How do you know when you have reached it if there is no goal?

Define the end goal we can make measurable steps. Once you have your goals, it is important to understand Why – why did you do it? Ask yourself what motivating factors behind it? For example: For your family? For your children? Why? Why should you work?
