And so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream. An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity. Never, never be afraid to do what’s right, especially if the well-being of a person or animal is at stake. Society’s punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way. What affects one in a major way, affects all in a minor way. If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward. . . .
