Self defeating, How can we do it?
Have you ever felt pressured by the rules that apply to you? Maybe your answer is “Yes”.
If the rules or discipline that you have inside much higher standard or level, following the discipline from the outside much easier. Self-defeating it is a highest victory. The biggest one we can have.
Take an examples to get up early in the morning. For myself, if it difficult to me to wake up from sleep, due to my laziness, because I prefer to pulled the blanket covers back to sleep or lying lazily actually. What I do is counting 1,2,3 .. upto 10 and I’ve promised that when it’s counted to five (5), I have to get up. Until now it got succeed for me. Want to try?
