Setting Goal

In my previous writing we have talked about Goals.

People can be overwhelmed by goals that appear to be higher than their reach. Helping people set reasonable (S.M.A.R.T) goals and break down long-term goals into shorter increments (like puzzle parts) is helpful. The dieter who plans to lose 5-8 kg may lack the
motivation to diet for a year or more, but a loss of 1-2 kg a week is an immediate goal that can be easily reached and reinforced with praise.

Do not forget to Add How after 5 Why

Analyzing such kind of data or information we have, we frequently use the question WHY. It’s good having a time to ask WHY something has got to fail. More over we can ask 4, 5 or six times asking WHY to the happened problem.
For example Why do I forget?
1. Why Do I forget putting the key? I used to put it in on my bag, but now it’s not there.
2. Why Do I put it NOT in my bag? My Bag is on laundry.
3. Why Do not I came with another bag of mine? Another bag is too big.
We can continue to ask for others WHY, sharpen the root causes why do we forget.
My Point here, do not forget to end all the whys above without HOW.
How Do I prevent such problem is important too. As example Put anything in it’s place, etc.
